This Position reports to:
Senior Engineering ManagerIn this role, you will be supporting front-end sales in converting leads to sales qualified opportunities. Possesses practical level product knowledge, as well as use of RS and BOL to handle basic customer queries and understanding their needs. Responsible to follow up leads generated from demand generation activities. In addition to this responsible for customers segmented “D-Digital” in SFDC. Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will be contributing for Robot & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India
You will be mainly accountable for:
Manage and process inbound leads generated through campaigns such as trade shows, social media, email marketing, and other demand‑generation activities.
Understand customer needs, conduct initial pre‑qualification, and assess product fit before routing qualified opportunities to partners, cobot experts, sales executives, or the sales manager.
Work with Sales Operations to audit and maintain accurate lead–opportunity–booking data integrity within SFDC (Salesforce).
Source new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting as needed, including researching prospects, cold calling, emailing, networking, and qualifying potential customers.
Collaborate with channel managers and business developers to monitor pipeline health and track partner performance on assigned leads.
