Job Description:

Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for timely and accurate reconciliation of Client Service Centers (CSC) daily collections including cash, checks, and credit card payments.

Ensures cash counts are performed to review and account all collections processed by Client Services Centers.

It is also responsible for assessing the produced output versus expected standards or QA of Account Services transactions such as policy change, reinstatement, bank collections, accounts processing, disbursements, reversals, service request form (SRF), address change, contact info change, consolidation, FATCA update, duplicate notices, billing exemptions, cash and PR, anticipated endowment, and RTS.
