Reporting to the Director of Faculty Development, the Associate Director of the Teaching Hub provides leadership and operational oversight of the Teaching Hub, supporting faculty through every stage of their careers by increasing teaching efficacy and innovation. The Associate Director identifies, develops, and implements teaching support, working closely with teaching support staff, professional organizations, and faculty and is responsible for leading programming to celebrate faculty and foster innovative excellence in teaching across Emerson College.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

IN-OFFICE EXPECTATIONS
This position is primarily a hybrid role with expected days in the office each week.
The hybrid arrangement will be made upon hire. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Boston campus to ensure operational effectiveness. This arrangement must be approved as outlined in the Remote Work Policy.
This is a 9-month position.
Prorated salary range is $61,612.50 - $76,987.50, commensurate with experience.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36.259 month position paid over 9 monthsThis position will be exclusively represented by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 888 for purposes of wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.In addition to a competitive salary, Emerson College is committed to the health and well-being of our employees and family members.
