In this role you will be reporting to PMO Site PMO Leader and will be able to work in a Hybrid Work Model. Talk about this with your interviewer for more information.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide execution leadership for high priority and high visibility projects impacting both business and customer profitability. 
  • Lead post market projects in all product life cycle stages and accelerated schedules.
  • Be responsible for scope, cost, and schedule, as well as quality and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects.
  • Assume overall responsibility for project leadership and strategy including planning, directing, controlling resources and processes in complex work-scopes to ensure compliance to customer specifications, quality, safety, and technical standards.
  • Define project goals and objectives, evaluate performance against them and provide performance evaluation and development plans to functional and site management.
  • Coordinate between all functions, define roles and interfaces to ensure that the team is empowered within their scope of duties.   
  • Identify key customer requirements and work with the teams to ensure they are understood and incorporated into the product plan.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Biomedical Engineering 3 years+ experience in design, development and project management of medical devices.
  • Experienced in applying various project management tools for tracking development projects against planned budgets and timelines
  • Strong communication skills, great inter-personal skills
  • Ability to drive people in matrix organization
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology

Nice to have - Project Management qualification, Master Degree in Engineering or MBA, solid understanding of medical device design controls and standards, and strong technical background.
