As a Invoicing Junior Specialist at Infobip, you will be in the Order to Cash part of the team, that team handles monitoring and billing, sending invoices, reconciling usage reports, analyzing revenue and prepaid balances, and communicating with clients regarding payment concerns while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strictly following internal procedures to ensure billing is done properly and invoices are issued and delivered to customers within the agreed terms
  • Continuous efforts in increasing the percentage of customers on automatic invoicing
  • Actively maintaining a customer base of a minimum of 300 customers and up to 100 manual invoices
  • In-depth knowledge of internal products and tools
  • Actively managing customer master data in Salesforce
  • Accurate and on-time resolution of manual document requests
  • Maintain customer balance, prepaid/postpaid
  • Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Internal/External escalations
  • Dispute Management
  • The ability to issue e-tax invoicing in the South Korea Tax Portal will be an added advantage

     

More About You

  • Advanced English is required for this role.
  • Proven ability to converse effectively (verbal & written) in Korean languages
  • Experience in communicating with clients via email, phone and online meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree on Accounting or Finance
  • Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of the Billing management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools - especially Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
