We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in London as part of our Sales function.

Your Role: You will join our growing Intelligence subscriptions team selling our flagship product The Work. Selling into agencies, brands and media owners globally. You will be responsible for growing your pipeline and converting business. Joining a team that has grown 42% YOY with a revamped product for 2024.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop pipeline
  • Accurately forecast weekly and monthly
  • Overachieve on set KPI’s to help drive your annual sales target
  • Build sales decks that meet clients objectives to sell in our products
  • Work closely with SDR team to identity and grow your pool of leads
  • You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion

Your Experience

  • CRM knowledge of Salesforce or Salesloft
  • Demonstrated success of hitting and exceeding targets
  • New business hunter
  • Ability to create good sales decks
