YOUR MISSION

With Glovo’s continuous growth, the Glovo Store (glovostore.com) has become a key lever to increase other revenues coming from Partners and Couriers, compensating Glovo's C02 emissions through sustainable packaging and bring local teams a useful ecommerce platform to supply core Glovo items to their main stakeholders Partners and Courier . As an important part of procurement, partner operations, courier and social impact plans, the platform plays an important role today and a bigger one in the future, not only for Glovo but also for the Delivery Hero group.

To ensure the Glovo Store keeps growing at a high pace while maintaining good operations we need to hire an Ecommerce Specialist.

THE JOURNEY

  • Take ownership of key e-commerce operations (category management, pricing, vendor management, logistics, support, billing, point of contact for different countries…)
  • Decide about the best UI UX implementations in e-commerce.
  • Constant collaboration with global, regional and local teams to make sure the masterplan defined is met.
  • Reporting of Glovo Store KPIs to all stakeholders while leading analysis and turning insights into actions.
  • Identify growth opportunities to increase our partner base and maximize revenues.
  • Make sure all e-commerce operations operate at its highest levels while growing business.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 5 years of work experience in operations roles in an e-commerce/marketplace company.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data driven mindset with great Excel / Google Sheets skills with dashboard constructor capabilities in Looker, Qlikview or other similar tools.
  • Excellent presentations skills
  • Hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves! 
  • English is a must. Spanish is a plus.
