Working directly with the Department of Defense, Hermeus delivers capabilities that will ensure that our nation, and our allies, maintain an asymmetric advantage over any and all potential adversaries.

As a Structures Integration Lead, you will oversee the hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of structural flight hardware across first articles and production builds. You’ll guide a team of technicians through high-complexity aerospace assemblies, collaborating closely with engineering and operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety across all work. This role demands precision, technical ownership, and leadership in a fast-paced, development-heavy environment.

You’ll be responsible not only for executing and supervising high-quality builds, but also for mentoring your team, optimizing workflows, and owning the interface between the shop floor and engineering.
