About the Role: 

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Product Management team for a 6-month contractor position. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our identity and subscription processes by documenting the current state, identifying areas of improvement, and benchmarking against competitor best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to analyze and recommend improvements. The role is based in Singapore and will report to the Product Lead of Growth & Monetisation. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Subscription Flows Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of current billing and subscription flows, including user flows, webhooks, across transaction types on all platforms.

  • Current State Monitoring: Establish accuracy and confidence in event and subscription data through operationalising real-time monitoring and providing documentation.

  • Bug Management Support: Investigate, categorize, and document common issues related to subscription video on demand (SVOD).

  • Identity Flows Documentation: Document current identity management processes, including error messaging, password settings, account deletion workflows, and account linking flows.

  • Identify Areas for Improvement: Analyze existing processes and user experiences to identify issues, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve the customer experience.

  • Benchmarking: Compare current processes against competitor best practices to identify potential improvements.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify root causes for issues such as duplicate subscriptions and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Other potential documentation and investigations may also include advertising user and adtech flows to drive AVOD performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2-3 years of experience in product management within the technology industry, preferably with a focus on subscriptions

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify complex problems and develop efficient solutions

  • Proven experience in creating detailed and comprehensive documentation

  • A self-starter who is comfortable asking questions and figuring out solutions independently
