Partner with business stakeholders as the liaison between function and technology teams to develop innovative technical solutions to aid in the process and innovation of business functions.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Optimize business processes and systems for their functional area and act as a liaison for the functional area between IT and the business.
  • Utilize software to optimize business processes and best practices across core business segments.
  • Guide requirements gathering with multiple stakeholders in functional areas to develop a comprehensive business requirement document.
  • Consult stakeholders across business segments and enterprise functions to create the necessary technical solution to satisfy the business need.
  • Create functional and technical specifications, track requirements, define test scenarios, maintain documentation, and assist in defining and test plans, strategies, and the creation of scripts.
  • Collaborate with project manager and technical teams to execute test plans, test scripts, and update existing scripts to support user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain artifacts (data model, data maps, knowledge base articles, etc.), educate, and support production team when needed.
  • Experience with data providing meaningful, actionable insights to improve business process and outcome for clients.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized engaging with multiple clients and thriving in fast-paced work environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work across enterprise platforms and applications.
  • Demonstrate a learning mindset for Enterprise platforms through pursuing training and certifications on technologies that will benefit Oshkosh team members and related to efforts being led.
  • Demonstrate knowledge surrounding ITIL (ex. ServiceNow) and Agile and be willing to advance your knowledge through training and mentorship.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Work on site at the Spartanburg facility is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Data Analysis, ITIL (ex. ServiceNow) and BA practice knowledge.
  • Communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship building, organization, influencing, problem solving skills

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three (3) or more years of experience with JD Edwards.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience supporting inventory and manufacturing.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience with DSI, a cloud-based inventory management system.

Pay Range:

$91,800.00 - $153,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
