Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of project management activities that encompass the entire lifecycle of assigned programs or projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing project performance, and ensuring that all aspects of project execution align with established goals and objectives. You will also participate in discussions aimed at problem-solving and knowledge sharing, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and execution of project management plans. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any areas for improvement. - Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Contribute to risk management activities by identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies. - Support the preparation of project documentation and reports for stakeholders. - Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance project management skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports. - Familiarity with risk assessment and management techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
