Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to oversee our global treasury operations. This role is responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, asset-based lending reporting, and intercompany financing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of treasury practices and regulatory environments, particularly in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000-$135,000 annually plus eligibility for the annual incentive bonus program.  The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Core Responsibilities:

Cash, Banking & Liquidity Management

  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity across global entities.

  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts.

  • Analyze actual cash flow to forecast variances and discuss corrective actions with business leaders.

  • Perform daily banking duties as needed (backup to teammate who primarily performs this duty).

  • Manage intercompany loans and assist with cash pooling duties as needed.

  • Oversee the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts.

Reporting

  • Maintain and enhance cash flow forecasting model.

  • Maintain and enhance dashboard for cash and net working capital reporting.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifying Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of treasury experience preferably in a multinational environment that is either publicly traded or private equity backed.

  • Strong knowledge of cash management, FX, and banking operations.

  • Experience with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Quantum) and PowerBi is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field

  • MBA or CPA/CFA preferred

This will be a hybrid schedule, and the candidate will need to reside in Virginia.
