Salary range (but not limited to):

101,800 - 124,400

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role:

We are looking for an Analytics Developer within the Analytics AI PL & Claims team that will work closely with the IT teams and data analysts. Through their expertise, curiosity, and proactivity, they will contribute to achieving objectives by providing technical support on a variety of projects: including the implementation of A/B tests, front-end and cloud (AEP) analytical implementation, digital survey tools implementation, and suggesting continuous improvement opportunities for the tools supported by the team.


What you’ll do here:

  • Create analytical implementation guides.

  • Implement tagging solutions on the web.

  • Maximize analytical implementations considering large volumes of collected data and need to report performance.

  • Be creative and suggest ideas to improve our tools.

  • Perform system and tools analysis to identify issues and provide solution proposals.

  • Resolve incidents, problem tickets, and defects by finding creative solutions to complex problems, coding, testing, and debugging.

  • Ensure the implementation of A/B tests based on the existing logic via Adobe Target.

  • Implement digital surveys using analytics as a trigger.

  • Provide production deployment support to ensure functionality.

  • Document processes and solutions and write permanent documentation for more complex integrated solutions.

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or any combination of education and equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical development.

  • Passionate about digital and analytics.

  • In-depth knowledge of the digital data collection implementation process (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, etc.).

  • Knowledge of implementing digital surveys via tools such as Qualtrics.

  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite.

  • Experience in implementing A/B tests.

  • Initiative and ability to work under pressure.

  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country. 

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
