We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Clinical Project Manager to support the execution of clinical studies at Clario. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support Clinical Project Managers in drafting project documentation and reviewing presentations

  • Participate in project meetings, training sessions, and client calls

  • Read and interpret clinical protocol documents

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of study milestones

  • Monitor internal data flow and task completion within agreed timelines

  • Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly

  • Communicate project status updates to clients

  • Verify imaging protocol compliance and manage related queries

  • Act as Project Manager when assigned PM is unavailable

  • Mentor and support Operations team members; provide feedback to Operations Manager

  • Follow up on outstanding items such as missing data or incomplete documentation

  • Assist in resolving client issues and serve as an additional point of contact

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines (GCP, ICH, FDA)

  • Contribute to SOP and process document updates and operational improvements


What We Look For

Education:

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

Experience:

  • 1 plus years of experience working in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, and/or clinical research preferred

  • Healthcare, medical experience, and/or clinical research, preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional and positive attitude

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model from San Jose

  • Travel requirement: 0–5%
