About PayPay

PayPay, a FinTech company that has surpassed 65 million users in just five years since its launch in 2018, is currently made up of diverse members from approximately 50 countries and regions. Although the number of employees has already exceeded several thousand, the company is still in the growth stage and is still "unfinished." In building PayPay, we collaborate with Paytm, India's largest payment service provider, and leverage Paytm's customer-oriented technology to build smartphone payment services in Japan and continue to expand the service.

Our biggest rival is "cash". We are passionate about rapidly promoting the spread of cashless payments in Japan and making PayPay a financial life platform - taking incremental steps and proactively tackling this challenge, refining the product at an overwhelming speed that no other company can imitate. We are looking for colleagues who will take initiative, discover issues on their own, and collaborate with those around them to promote the creation of new value.
