As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific requirements, either managing the entire process or focusing on particular stages within the product lifecycle. This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. The workday often includes collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with project goals and contribute to overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience in customizing and integrating software solutions within complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and methodologies to support team coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
