Prepares and processes daily billing cycle, and prepares and distributes sales reports. Creates new customer accounts and enters pricing, commissions, opening sales orders, as well as any ongoing customer master maintenance. Assists in the implementation of mass pricing updates or new collections.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect and prepare shipping paperwork for previous days shipped orders, initiates the billing program and distribute invoices
Enter credit memos into the system.
Researches billing issues
Creates and distributes daily sales reports after invoicing
Enters monthly manual Clean the World invoices
Requests information to resolve problems from the shipping department to allow billing.
Creates new customer account profiles including pricing and the opening sales order
Researches and communicates discrepancies with sales for new accounts (P&Ls, commissions, customer information…)
Updates any customer master changes to accounts
Activates Edocs flag (allows email notifications )
Prepares and assists in annual or other mass price increases
Creates pricing for new collections
Manually changes credit card payment
Updates accounts to reflect proper Avendra status
Assists in training of Customer Care Representatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum of five years of experience in the field or a related area.
Professional Skills
Pleasant and professional telephone presence.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Flexible, able to adapt quickly, and possesses excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel, and AS400).
Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks.
Ability to instruct & mentor personnel.
