About the team

This role is a part of our Quality Team. 

What you will be doing

  • Independent process audit & compliance verification
  • Leading issue mitigation for operational breaks, identify root cause, make recommendations for future prevention
  • Provide governance to ensure remediation and improvements.
  • Facilitate project teams in closure of verification gaps
  • Ensure readiness of internal and external clients for any Audits & Compliance review with metrics
  • Generate and report QCA related metrics and share the status review with senior Leaders in management
  • Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis
  • Ensure that the best use of resources to meet goals is established and maintained
  • Other related duties assigned as needed

What you bring:

  • Expertise in Transactional Quality (Front/Back office), Analytical Skills and Stakeholder Management
  • Experience in wealth & retirement
  • Should have exposure of Quality Tools / Quality insights
  • Quality transformation projects using speech analytics
  • Exposure to various call recording and monitoring software- NICE, Verint, etc..
  • Thorough knowledge and experience conducting risk analyses, quality assessments, audits and/or studies and implementing successful process improvement programs
  • Should be good at problem solving and debugging with good analytical skills
  • Ability to succeed in an agile work environment where cross-functional teams work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded
  • Excellent stakeholder management, conflict management skills and ability to influence as a thought leader in QA space

  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
