Summary:
Customer-embedded technical leader who turns executive goals into shipped Oracle Cloud outcomes. Own the OCI + OIC delivery layer and drive secure, observable production deployments across ERP/HCM/SCM/CX, envisions and deploys Agent AI and Gen AI solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:
Embed with CXOs to convert strategy into an executable backlog and measurable success metrics.
Architect and deliver the integration/extension backbone (OIC, VBCS) and analytics layer (OAC).
Establish OCI foundations with security-by-design and production operability (IAM, networking, monitoring).
Prototype rapidly, then harden and scale solutions through go-live and hypercare.
Mentor teams codify reusable reference architectures, templates, and runbooks.

Prerequisite — Agentic AI & GenAI
Design and deliver an AI execution layer on Oracle Cloud using OCI Generative AI, OCI Data Science, and OCI AI Services, integrated through OIC and secured by OCI IAM / Vault.
Build agentic workflows that do real work (not demos): policy-aware approvals, exception handling, case routing, reconciliation support—connected to Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM/CX via OIC and extensions (e.g., VBCS where used).
Implement RAG over enterprise knowledge (policies, SOPs, contracts, runbooks, service knowledge) with governed access, leveraging Autonomous Database (or OCI-native data stores as adopted) and OAC for adoption/ROI reporting.
Establish enterprise guardrails: PII/financial controls, prompt-injection defenses, least-privilege access, audit logging, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls—operationalized with OCI Logging/Monitoring/APM.
Drive measurable outcomes (cycle time, cost-to-serve, close velocity, NPS/EX), and set a repeatable delivery blueprint your practice can deploy across clients.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Worked on AI projects and delivered outcomes
15+ years delivering Oracle Cloud + OCI solutions strong client-facing delivery ownership.
Deep hands-on expertise in OIC, OCI (IAM/Networking), VBCS, OAC, and production operations.
Security leadership using OCI Vault and security services (Cloud Guard/WAF/Security Zones as applicable).
Able to influence CXO decisions with clear trade-offs on risk, value, and timelines.
