Citi currently have multiple vendors for supporting IT application across SMBF Production Support.   The Asst. Vice President responsible for Application Onboarding support, tracking, monitors the relationship, resources & their strategies happening across different vendors.

Also, he/she shall be responsible for Contract Management related activities incl. financials and vendor resource management.

Responsibilities :

  • Application onboarding Data and Plan review
  • Coordinates with stakeholder for Onboarding and Strategic plan implementations
  • Coordinate with CBDC team for Cross broader Data Clearance
  • Identify the Cost saves opportunities
  • Responsible to ensure Contracts are renewed / amended as per calendar.
  • Responsible to review Financials, resourcing, applications, legal vehicles etc., are appropriately documented
  • Responsible to maintain various Contract artefacts and MIS to be published to various stakeholders periodically.

Skills & Experience:

  • Working Experience around 15 years IT experience, Worked in Banking Domain projects
  • Self-Motivated and work individually based on goals.
  • Self-starter/Leader with ability to work independently inside the organization.
  • Should possess excellent analytical skills to think problems circumstances through and develop credible detailed plans
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Convey relevant information executive level audience
  • Have experience in execution of project Life Cycle, especially managed production support projects
  • Have experience in Contract lifecycle including reviews, renewal/amendment, manage related financials and resourcing
  • Have good interpersonal skills to manage the stakeholder to derive data collections and Improvements
  • Have good presentation skills
  • Ability to identify, report and track risks/issues during this process.
