The Role

Fidelity Philanthropic Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to become part of our innovative Product Strategy and Development team. This position presents an outstanding chance to lead impactful product development initiatives while collaborating with subject matter experts to support new business strategies. If you have a proven record of problem-solving and working independently to reach objectives, this could be the ideal role for you. There are opportunities to reimagine and lead existing programs as well as uncover, help incubate, and deliver new ones. Often, this requires you to define the scope of work, coordinate activities across teams, and report results to senior leadership. This position depends on building positive relationships across other functions within the organization. Strong execution skills, a growth mindset, and attention to detail are imperative. This role supports a dynamic work environment where priorities will shift, requiring greater flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Facilitate product development cycles to support growth offerings

  • Lead initiatives using project management skills, including work plan creation, status tracking, and reporting

  • Collaborate across all functions of the organization to drive work completion

  • Implement change by developing relationships and applying consensus building skills

  • Ensure strong attention to detail throughout the planning and execution phases of work initiatives

  • Collect information and synthesize data to develop strategic insights

  • Identify and document requirement options and present recommendations to support process, procedure, or business decisions

  • Use written communication and presentation skills to share material with senior audiences

  • Perform at a high level even during times of uncertainty and ambiguity

  • Apply critical thinking skills and a continuous improvement mentality across complex problems

  • Respond constructively when faced with shifting priorities and unexpected events

The Team

The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund (“Fidelity Charitable”) is a public charity that sponsors the largest national donor-advised fund program. Since 1991, Fidelity Charitable has introduced tens of thousands of donors to the benefits — and increased charitable impact — of using a donor-advised fund to meet their philanthropic goals. Fidelity Charitable is governed by an independent Board of Trustees, which has hired Fidelity Investments as the service provider to the charity. Fidelity Investments, through Fidelity Philanthropic Services, provides all of the charitable organization’s employees and supports all of its functions: Program Development, Marketing, Service Delivery, Change Management, Relationship Management, Finance, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Fundraising.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
