Fidelity Philanthropic Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to become part of our innovative Product Strategy and Development team. This position presents an outstanding chance to lead impactful product development initiatives while collaborating with subject matter experts to support new business strategies. If you have a proven record of problem-solving and working independently to reach objectives, this could be the ideal role for you. There are opportunities to reimagine and lead existing programs as well as uncover, help incubate, and deliver new ones. Often, this requires you to define the scope of work, coordinate activities across teams, and report results to senior leadership. Facilitate product development cycles to support growth offerings
Lead initiatives using project management skills, including work plan creation, status tracking, and reporting
Collaborate across all functions of the organization to drive work completion
Implement change by developing relationships and applying consensus building skills
Ensure strong attention to detail throughout the planning and execution phases of work initiatives
Collect information and synthesize data to develop strategic insights
Identify and document requirement options and present recommendations to support process, procedure, or business decisions
Use written communication and presentation skills to share material with senior audiences
Perform at a high level even during times of uncertainty and ambiguity
Apply critical thinking skills and a continuous improvement mentality across complex problems

The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund (“Fidelity Charitable”) is a public charity that sponsors the largest national donor-advised fund program. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
