Position Highlights:

  • Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
  • Location: LOH Naperville
  • Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 1pm-11pm- 10 hour shifts

Responsible for directing unit activities and personnel on assigned shift in order to ensure high quality patient care, teamwork, and coordination of care.  Determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, approves overtime and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements.  Serves as resource person for unit personnel in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison, and role model for staff.

What you will need:

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing – (Incumbents hired after September, 2011)
  • Demonstrates problem solving, conflict management, and customer services skills to serve as role model and change agent for corporate and unit based initiatives

Preferred Education and/or Experience:

  • Previous charge nurse experience
  • Minimum of three years behavioral health experience 

 Required License and/or Certification:

  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire
