The Opportunity:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will provide leadership and organization for multi-disciplinary teams developing software, designing and implementing computer networks, and integrating hardware and software to deliver complete, functional systems. Your efforts will directly support the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Intelligence Community agencies across the full product lifecycle, including R&D, developmental testing, operational deployment, production, and sustainment. 

Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
•Serve as project lead for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure the successful execution of project objectives.
•Lead multidisciplinary technical teams of 3-5 people across 2-4 mid-sized enterprise projects with a combined annual budget of $3M.

Project Management:
•Define and track activities encompassing systems engineering, software/hardware development, test/QA, deployment, and support.
•Own project cost, risk, schedule, and performance metrics.
•Manage risks, identify issues, and develop mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Communication:
•Generate and present coherent, polished briefings to DoD customers for engineering project milestones such as System Requirement Reviews (SRR), Design Reviews (PDR/CDR), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
•Develop and/or gather information to generate required contract deliverables such as technical documents and reports.

Requirements Management:
•Produce/author derived requirements from High-Level Requirements that can be used by project execution teams.
•Perform trade-off analyses and develop Courses of Action.
Qualifications:

Required:
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
•Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects (ideally with Prime DoD Contractor)
•Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
•MS Suite experience with knowledge of MS Project
•Creative problem-solving skills

Desired:
•Intelligence community experience
•Bachelor’s degree in field of Systems Engineering or Software Engineering
•Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development projects (ideally with Prime DoD Contractor)
•Active TS/SCI security clearance
•PMP Certification

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
