As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with clients to optimize financial and business operations results while delivering exceptional client value. Your typical day will involve collaborating with business leads to drive financial performance, understanding and mitigating business risks, managing investments, and providing guidance to your team. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze financial data, and ensure that the team is aligned with the overall business objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in service delivery.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
