The Role: What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact in our high-octane call center, driving our mission to financial relief. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your ability to connect, qualify, and move leads through the pipeline directly impacts clients’ lives!

Your day-to-day will include:

• High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients struggling with credit card debt.
• Pre-Qualifying Leads: Use sharp communication and probing questions to assess client needs and qualify leads, ensuring only the best opportunities move forward.
• Seamless Handoffs: Transfer qualified calls to our expert sales closers, setting the stage for successful deals while maintaining a smooth client experience.
• CRM Mastery: Leverage cutting-edge CRM tools to track leads and document interactions.
• Client Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport quickly, turning initial conversations into opportunities for life-changing financial solutions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor your call metrics and conversion rates, collaborating with your team to smash daily and weekly targets.
