Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance their service capabilities. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic, focused on innovation and problem-solving to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end components.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application development.
- Understanding of database management and query optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
