THE WORK:
Are you passionate about privacy and data protection? Do you have a deep understanding of consent management practices and tools, particularly OneTrust? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Accenture Song! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consent Management Advisor - Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing consent management strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive our privacy and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring robust consent management processes that build trust with our customers and comply with (changing) regulatory requirements.
Develop and Implement Consent Management Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive consent management strategies utilizing the OneTrust platform to ensure that all data collection and processing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Regularly review and monitor consent management processes to ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.
Utilize and manage data protection technologies such as Microsoft Cloud App Security, Splunk, BigID, OneTrust, and TrustArc.
Guide the integration of AI governance frameworks and AI risk management into privacy and cybersecurity programs, particularly in AI systems.
Stay current with evolving privacy laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.
HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in privacy engineering and experience implementing a consent management system particularly OneTrust (or similar)
Extensive experience in developing and leading global privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity programs.
Extensive knowledge of various legal systems and regulatory environments, with the ability to navigate and ensure compliance with complex international privacy laws
Experience with privacy and cybersecurity technologies such as Splunk, BigID, Microsoft Cloud App Security, OneTrust, and TrustArc
