Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2025 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida.  As an Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) intern, you will support Travel + Leisure Co.'s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and sustainability initiatives, with a primary focus on the development of the 2024 ESG Report. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate sustainability, ESG data analysis, and stakeholder engagement within the travel and hospitality industry.

In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship.  We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training.  Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

How You’ll Shine:

  • ESG Report Development Support: Developing compelling content that showcases our sustainability journey. You'll transform complex data into clear narratives, craft engaging case studies, and ensure accuracy of reported information
  • Research & Benchmarking: Support competitive intelligence efforts by analyzing peer companies' ESG practices and identifying industry trends. You'll research emerging sustainability practices in travel and hospitality, helping position Travel + Leisure Co. as an industry leader.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, data, and feedback crucial for our ESG reporting. You'll help manage relationships with key departments, facilitate information exchange, and ensure comprehensive input from across the organization.
  • Framework Compliance: Support alignment with leading ESG reporting frameworks including GRI, SASB, and TCFD. You'll help assess current disclosures, identify gaps, and develop strategies for enhanced reporting. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current enrollment in bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Policy, International Relations, Environmental Studies/Science
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel, Strong research and data analysis capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in ESG, sustainability, corporate communications, data analytics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, creative problem-solving skills, Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2025 in Orlando Florida
  • Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
