Job Description:

As a Disbursements Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices assigned to you. Additionally, you may reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices in an accurate and timely manner using Workday.
• Ensuring correct coding of invoices to the relevant spend category, cost center and approver.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Promptly and professionally addressing any discrepancies or issues with suppliers regarding invoices or payments.
• Aid in troubleshooting invoices pending in queue.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive supplier relationships.

Education, Experience, Required Skills:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.  Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must have the ability to utilize reasoning and common sense to resolve problems.
