Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong background in both backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. You will lead project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and backend services.
• Lead and mentor project teams, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
• Develop and optimize database objects (tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers) using MySQL and MongoDB
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using NodeJS or Java and Kafka for data processing, scheduling, and integration.
• Develop and enhance web modules using Classic ASP, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Ensure smooth deployment, maintenance, and support for mission-critical applications.
• Implement task scheduling, reporting, and database query optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational manuals.

• Backend: NodeJS  +(java/c#_ Kafka (event-driven processing)
• Frontend: Classic ASP, JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB
• Version Control: GitLab
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
