Summary: As a BI Engineer, you will engage in the development, migration, deployment, and maintenance of data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the integration of security and data privacy protection while driving adoption and informed decision-making through effective data management practices. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of data solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and support strategic objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning. - Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Familiarity with data visualization best practices. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
