The opportunity


We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Policyowner Service Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry, specifically focusing on policyowner services. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities

  • Assist the Policyowner Servicing team with daily administrative tasks to complete the customer requests within the standard turnaround time
  • Process policy changes in accordance to customer’s requests; ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain and update customers records/transactions in the company’s database
  • Support the team in resolving customer issues and concerns, escalating to senior team members when necessary
  • Assist/contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned by the Head of Policy Servicing

What we are looking for

  • Fresh graduate, preferably in Business Operations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focus attitude
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - familiarity with insurance software systems is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
