About the Role:

We’re seeking a Project Planner to join our Auckland team. You’ll oversee planning and coordination of fire protection projects, ensuring efficient delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and administer contracts so as to achieve maximum returns and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure all equipment issued is manufactured and presented to a satisfactory standard commensurate with the applicable standards and/or specification.

  • Provide the Manager with monthly activity reports, due the last working day of each month.

  • Attendance at and contribution to pre and post tender meetings.

  • Ensure each contract is properly documented.

  • To ensure that each person within the installation department at all times conducts themselves in a

  • To report to the Manager any matters that are likely to or are having a significant positive or negative effect on trading or the prospects of attaining budgetary goals.

  • To liaise with the sales department reporting on matters relevant to the preparation of tenders or system design.

  • To liaise with clients as required.   

  • To support regional contracting personnel as and when required and to personally supervise contracts within those areas on a need to basis.

  • Monitor and observe the requirements of the company Quality Assurance policy bringing any issues of non-conformance to the attention of the Q.A. Manager.

  • Monitor and adhere to the requirements of the Company’s Workplace Health and Safety Policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in building services industry

  • Strong contract administration and supervisory skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project

  • Knowledge of QA and Health & Safety standards

  • Full NZ driver’s license
