As an Surgical Account Manager supporting Surgical Accounts in West Sweden (Gothenburg), you will be trusted to work on sales growth and customer relationship management at various surgical sites.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Collaborating with hospitals and clinics to ensure Alcon’s strong presence in surgical accounts.
Overseeing overall account management, working closely with other Alcon sales roles to maximize penetration in assigned accounts.
Creating equipment leads, managing service contracts and tenders where needed.
Ensuring smooth business operations and opportunity management in your territory.
Total Alcon sales performance in the territory, including Consumables: Phaco Paks, Custom Paks, and Monofocal IOLs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Experience: +3 years of experience in medical devices and/or pharma within a surgical environment.
Technical Skills: Data analysis, Salesforce, presentation skills, product knowledge, project management.
Behaviors: Strong collaboration and coordination skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Language: Fluent in English and Swedish
