Responsibilities 

• Work backward from customer and business needs to design application architecture and provide tailored product solutions.
• Devise and recommend database solutions based on requirements, leading the implementation of TencentDB products with a focus on operations, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
• Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
• Customize industry-specific solutions to enhance the influence and applicability of TencentDB based on the unique attributes of each customer's industry.

Requirements:

• Strong technical and customer-facing skills with a demonstrated ability to accurately identify and address customers’ needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to independently craft compelling and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of TencentDB solutions to potential customers.
• Ability to dive deep into customers’ stated and unstated needs and issues, and to develop comprehensive recommendations or proposals based on customer requirements and the advantages of TencentDB.
• 3+ years of experience in development, implementation, or operations with Relational and/or Non-Relational Databases.
• Knowledge in at least one of the following: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
