Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work with an industry-leading company? IQVIA is currently seeking several dedicated Medical Data Annotators to work at a Hospital in Maastricht.

Position Details:

• Location: Maastricht
• Hours: 20-40 hours per week with flexible working hours
• Start Date: from April
• Duration: Approximately 6 months, with potential for future assignments

Role Overview:

As a Medical Data Annotator, you will play a crucial role in training and enhancing our AI model. Your responsibilities will include:

• Using an annotation tool to link report texts to medical concepts and/or ontologies
• Ensuring that all data is completely pseudonymized
• Receiving comprehensive training to excel in this role

Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of annotating medical documents and the complexities involved
• In depth knowleage of medical terminology
• Familiarity with health domains, medical terminology, and medical reports
• Experience with ontology systems such as ICD-10 or SNOMED-CT is an advantage
• Experience working with EHR data
• Ability to work independently
• This role is well-suited for medical students or individuals with a medical background who are accustomed to reading physician's reports
• Fluent Dutch language skills and ability to understand medical documents in Dutch
