Job Summary

Position is responsible for planning, organizing, marketing, coordinating, and reviewing membership programs, building and establishing relationships with current and potential members of Memorial Hermann programs, to achieve maximum market share of patient healthcare services.

Job Description

Service Area: The person in this role will cover North Texas and the Cypress area.

Schedule:

  • Will work 8hr shifts with rotating start times
  • Will work a 4hr shift on Saturday and Sunday every 3 weeks.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or commensurate experience

Licenses/Certifications: (None)

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

  • Five (5) years of marketing and operations experience

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manages membership programs, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

  • Recommends, develops, implements, and evaluates promotional strategies, community relations, outreach plans, and strategic alliances to continuously evaluate our position in the community.

  • Creates sales/membership models and assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of marketing systems.

  • Plans, coordinates, and hosts classes, workshops, seminars, presentations, and orientations at hospitals and community sites throughout the region.

  • Represents the department in system wide committees as assigned.

  • Serves as a resource to management staff on membership issues. 

  • Assesses and addresses training needs of staff.

  • Contributes to the development and preparation of the annual budget.

  • Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.

  • Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.

  • Demonstrates commitment to caring for every member of our community by creating compassionate and personalized experiences. Models Memorial Hermann’s service standards by providing safe, caring, personalized and efficient experiences to patients and colleagues.
