Seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Core Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core 6 or 8, SQL Server, and React for full-stack application development. He/ She will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain applications using .NET Core 6 or 8 and React.
• Design and manage databases using SQL Server, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other developers to define software requirements, brainstorm design and architecture.
• Participate in technical discussions with teams and customer.
• Ensure the application meets security and scalability standards.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing software.

Nice to Have: (Not mandatory)

• Azure Cloud: Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Azure services is highly preferred.
• SharePoint and SPFX Framework: Knowledge of SharePoint and the SharePoint Framework (SPFX) is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in .NET Core 6 or 8 and experience with backend development.
• Expertise in front-end development using React and a solid understanding of modern web technologies.
• Proficient with SQL Server for database management, queries, and optimizations.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and the SPFX framework (nice to have, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills—must be able to convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, propose design changes, and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
