Marsh Risk is the insurance broking and risk management business of Marsh, a global professional services firm, headquartered in New York. Marsh Risk Tech is seeking to appoint a hands-on, delivery oriented, AI native full-stack Lead Agentic Engineer to lead engineering teams to deliver some of our key strategic software development initiatives. This is a leadership role within the Marsh Risk Product Development & Engineering team (PDE) and is based in the Marsh Innovation Centre in Dublin.
The Lead Agentic Engineer is an AI-native senior hybrid role combining Solution Architecture and Lead Engineering. The role designs and delivers high‑quality solutions using AI and enables teams to use AI tooling effectively and responsibly. Operating with high autonomy, the Lead Agentic Engineer provides architectural leadership, oversees design quality, leads small teams, and independently builds production-ready solutions, balancing strategic thinking with AI enabled hands-on delivery.
