Education(教育背景)
- Master’s and above degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Work Experience(工作经验)
- Proven experience as a financial overseer at the national level or in an equivalent financial leadership capacity within a multinational corporation.
- Successful experience in investment and M&A in the consumer goods and healthcare business.
- Possess ample experience in spearheading successful financial digital transformation efforts, with a strong understanding and practical experience in financial management within the realms of manufacturing and marketing.
- Strong understanding of Chinese financial regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable.

Main tasks(主要任务)
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth and diversification in VIS China.
- Collaborate with global and local leadership to align financial goals with business objectives.
Investment and M&A:
- Capable of providing financial support from a strategic perspective to identify and assess investment and acquisition opportunities for companies in the consumer goods and healthcare sectors.
- Lead financial due diligence and integration processes for M&A projects.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to provide insights and drive decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Digital Transformation:
- Drive digital transformation in financial management to optimize processes and systems.
- Support the company’s overall digital transformation strategy.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
- Develop robust financial controls and reporting systems.
Change Management:
- Drive company transformation through financial strategies, fostering innovation and efficiency.
- Advocate for a positive change mindset within the organization.
Team Development:
