As a Pharmacy Services Representative Supervisor you will direct and manage client services and pharmacy business functions with respect to customer services and pharmacy operations. You will hold accountability for service performance, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and the distributive and dispensing activity for the pharmacy. You will also be responsible for managing the technician intake team.

Day to day responsibilities of this role include;

  • Collaborating with other functional areas to support sales, operational and financial objectives of the specialty pharmacy services group as it relates to day-to-day pharmacy operations.
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to all direct reports while managing and fostering a dynamic and progressive work environment characterized by high integrity, commitment to excellence and respect.
  • Effectively communicates and implements company procedures for following all applicable internal controls necessary to comply with federal regulations and company policy. This includes ensuring compliance with Federal, State and local laws and accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications;

  • 6 months of management or team lead experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to self-motivate

Preferred Qualifications;

  • Pharmacy Technician experience

Education Requirement;

  • High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $102,081.60

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
