Role Purpose 职位目标

Provides medical and scientific value to medical team. Collaboration and cross-functional working with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, regulatory) to plan and assist the appropriate and optimal use of launched medicines. Ensure that all company scientific activities respect internal, national and international ethical guidelines.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities主要工作职责

  • Provide medical advice and input in the development and implementation business strategies related to Hepatology.
  • Lead development and implementation of the medical plan which is consistent with the country business plan for Hepatology Unit.
  • Ensure adequate medical information and customer support for health care professionals in the daily usage of GSK brands.
  • Develop and facilitate relations with key opinion-leaders and key authorities and within the industry in general at a country level.
  • Optimise cross-functional support needs in the organisation, ensuring effective communication between medical and brand team.
  • Provide business development support as appropriate, in terms of giving technical advice and input on all product development and licensing opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance and medical governance in:
  • Training on relevant SOPs
  • Ensuring promotional/training materials are in compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Managing issues that arise that may adversely affect business.
  • Assuring compliance with corporate standards and procedures for conduct of clinical activities, including studies and research grants.

Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)

  • Master degree or above in Medical/Science
  • Knowledge of clinical development process, and regulatory requirements
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in medical practice or industry medical team.
  • Medical Affairs (MA/MSL) experience in Infectious Diseases is highly preferred
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT);
  • Excellence external engagement skill
  • Track record of being an team player/leader in cross-functional work
  • Good presentation skill
  • Project Management experience
