This position is for an entry-level Integrated Product Support (IPS) professional.  This person will work under moderate supervision establishing and executing business plans, Earned Value calculations and data deliverables for Program Management along with a senior-level Peers. Candidate should be customer-focused, able to learn new tasks quickly, and able to solve problems with guidance.

What You Will Do:

  • Collects data for and supports analysis of program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.
  • Participates in the collection of information to help develop accurate program estimates to monitor EV performance.
  • Mentors with senior Integrated Product Support Manager to gain better understand of role.
  • Works with analyst to understand data and analysis provided to program.
  • Maintains a high-level of organization, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets deadlines with supervision.
  • Communicates with peers and internal customers to drive results.

What You Will Learn:

  • Learns the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.
  • Gains understanding of Collins Management System (CMS).

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, MIS, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
