You Are:

As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, developing business solutions and structures, and developing business cases to achieve the vision. You will need to operationalize and scale initiatives by bridging strategy, technology, and innovation, expanding SAP co-development, and strengthening Accenture’s internal capabilities and AI-driven assets.

The Work:

The SAP ecosystem is gaining strong momentum – considering new SAP business suite of applications (incl. continuous investment on sustainability solutions), upcoming Business Data Cloud (BDC) solution, new flagship program Advance, all driven by a strong acceleration of Business AI integration. This creates new opportunities to develop differentiated assets helping to connect various initiatives to strengthen Accenture’s positioning in deal pursuits.

• Develop deep expertise in SAP’s products and offerings, the differentiating value they provide to clients, and how they complement Accenture’s own capabilities.
• Support strategic relationships between the SAP leadership team at the Director level and key Accenture stakeholders in the practice.
• Execute in-scope activities and ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within specified timeframe and budget
• Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.
• Strategic Integration: Shape and scale cross-industry and cross-functional GenAI and BDC use cases as core elements of end-to-end S/4HANA transformations, starting with sustainability and then expanding to other business domains
• Go-to-Market: Through adjusted offering, drive new growth opportunities for SAP GenAI and BDC across the regions, strengthening Accenture’s positioning in pursuits.
• Development: Lead co-development of internal and joint SAP capabilities, aligning innovation with market priorities and accelerating impact through Accenture AI and the SAP Sustainability Suite. (ie. Recent collaboration embedding the Accenture ESG SLM model into SAP’s ESG reporting)

Here’s What You Need:

• strategy-driven talent to operationalize and scale initiatives.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a business setting as a leader or individual contributor working on training, communication, and or creative deliverables
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management
• Experience navigating a complex organization with several priorities from different parts of the organization
• Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

• You have external client-facing consulting experience
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive outcomes
