The Equal Employment Opportunity Lead Analyst and Fair Employment Practices Project Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
This position serves as a strategic partner to HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Compliance teams, supporting the organization’s commitment to equitable employment practices and audit readiness.
