Hledáme Customer Service Representative
Do našeho logistického týmu hledáme nového kolegu/kolegyni na pozici Customer Service Representative, který/á nám pomůže s administrativou a podporou při zpracování objednávek a komunikaci s klienty.
Zpracování objednávek našich klientů v systému SAP
Vytváření prodejních objednávek, faktur a dobropisů (Credit Notes)
Řešení operativních požadavků a dotazů od klientů
Komunikace s kolegy z logistiky, financí, salesu a kvality (reklamační proces)
Předávání informací klientům a spolupráce na hladkém průběhu objednávek
Postupné zapojení do dalších oblastí logistiky
Máte rád/a administrativu, jste pečlivý/á, zodpovědný/á a umíte si zorganizovat práci
Máte příjemné a profesionální vystupování při komunikaci se zákazníky
Ovládáte angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni (psanou i mluvenou), čeština/slovenština na úrovni rodilého mluvčího
Zkušenost se SAP (objednávkový systém) je velkou výhodou
Zvládáte práci s e-mailem a platformami Google
Vzdělání v oblasti Business Administration, Logistiky nebo Ekonomie výhodou
Máte zkušenosti v zákaznické podpoře, sales support nebo jiné customer-focused roli
Jste samostatný/á, proaktivní a dokážete zvládat více priorit současně
Práci v menším přátelském týmu, kde se všichni podporují a pomáhají si
Možnost pracovat částečně z domova (home office)
Zaučení do procesů a další rozvoj v oblasti logistiky

We are looking for Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a new colleague to join our logistics team as a Customer Service Representative, to provide administrative and operational support for order processing and customer communication.
Processing customer orders in SAP system
Creating sales orders, invoices and credit notes
Communication with customers to resolve operational requests or questions
Cooperation with colleagues from logistics, finance, sales and quality (complaint handling)
Providing timely information to clients and ensuring smooth order flow
Gradually learning and supporting other logistics-related tasks
University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or related field is an advantage
You enjoy administrative tasks, are detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized
You have professional and customer-friendly communication skills
Fluent in local language (Czech/Slovak native level) and good command of English (spoken and written)
Experience with SAP (order management) is a strong advantage
Comfortable using email and Google platforms
Proven experience in a customer-focused role (sales support, application support, customer service, training)
Self-starter, proactive, with ability to handle conflicting priorities independently
Motivated to develop long-term relationships with clients
Work in a smaller, friendly team where colleagues support each other
Possibility to work partly from home (home office)
