Broadridge is hiring!  We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our stellar team.  You will help manage the overall sales efforts domestically and/or globally, including planning and sales service activities (where applicable). You will have the opportunity to work with our premier clients while developing sales strategies and maintaining operating budgets/sales forecasts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the development and implementation of business process/technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions or proprietary tools/techniques. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Responsible for defining the client needs, developing a proposal to meet those needs, and overseeing the implementation of the complete project solution. Performs in both a people management capacity and a technical leadership capacity.

• Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work

• Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education

• May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise

• Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers

• Solves a range of straightforward problems

• Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures

• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Qualifications:

• Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
  Business Expertise:

• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work

• Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies

• Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $90k-$100k. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
