Reporting to the National Director, Growth & Development, the Head of Growth will lead the national growth strategy for virtual and home-based care services. You will drive market expansion, partnership development, pipeline management and commercial performance — ensuring our services are sustainable, innovative and mission-aligned.
Operating with a start-up mindset inside one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit health organisations, you will translate insights and demand signals into tangible service expansion across virtual care, hospital-in-the-home, chronic disease management and aged care integration.
