Use skills, experience, and talent to help Key grow an effective information security program by analyzing, assessing, and helping mitigate security issues. The role involves delivering new security solutions, improving existing ones, and evaluating methods to mitigate business and security risks. A strong technical background and excellent communication skills are essential.

Essential Functions

• Deliver and improve security solutions based on scoped security standards.
• Evaluate and determine effective risk mitigation strategies for technologies.
• Partner with technology and security teams to design and PoC security solutions.
• Coordinate with Security Architecture to implement security policies and standards.
• Interface with Security Engineering to implement controls and educate teams.
• Cultivate engineering mindset in partner teams during solution design.
• Manage, inform, report, and reduce business and security risk.
• Design security solutions aligned with business needs.
• Enable technology teams to support security solutions effectively.
• Communicate issues related to security standards.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience

• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Experience in development, automation, and integration of security tools and procedures.

Certifications & Licenses

• Professional security certification desired (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).

Skills

• Identifying, evaluating, communicating, and remediating security and business risks.
• Designing, testing, and developing implementation plans for security controls.
• Effective communication and collaboration.
• Adherence to technical standards and participation in standards evolution.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and configuration management methodologies.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong foundation in GCP and familiarity with Azure security and infrastructure.
• Understanding of:
  • Authentication, authorization, and access control.
  • Cloud Security and Security Engineering principles.
  • Information Security Lifecycle.
  • Computer, network communication, and encryption methods.
  • Cyber defense and vulnerability assessment tools.
  • Enterprise information security architecture.
  • Emerging IT and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Translating operational requirements into protection needs.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000 to $175,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
