iMentor is seeking 1 customer service and detail-oriented Volunteer Screening Coordinator (VSC) to join the National Screening Team. Their mission: iMentor Screening supports building high impact relationships that drive student success by leveraging data and program knowledge. We evaluate prospective mentors through safety, collaboration, consistency and mission alignment while maintaining for organizational compliance. 

 

Every year, iMentor recruits around 2,000 adults to serve as mentors to high school students in our program. VSCs play a pivotal role in preparing these mentors to support mentees, guiding applicants through a screening process that assesses their suitability for the program. Through thoughtful interviews and application reviews, VSCs will oversee iMentor’s screening pipeline from start to finish and will set the stage for a volunteer experience that is welcoming, energizing and impactful.  

 

VSCs will connect with prospective mentors from NYC, Chicago and Baltimore.

This position is being offered on a full-time (40-hour/week) remote and seasonal basis. Additionally, iMentor provides excellent and full benefits for this seasonal role. Roles are contracted through December 18, 2026. There is 1 opening for this role.
